Stickers, 85 x 55mm Rectangle Stickers
A rectangle sticker of 85 x 55mm (8.5 x 5.5cm) is about the size of a business card, with square corners. It has room for a logo with a line of text, product details, an address or a short message, and suits product labels, box and bag labels, and logo stickers.
Our rectangle stickers are printed in full colour, from 100 per design, in white or clear plastic, white PVC, gloss paper, writable matt paper, recycled gloss paper or kraft paper, in portrait or landscape. The template is portrait; turn the page for a landscape label. Run background colour to the edge of the page and keep text 3mm inside the cut line.
Supply a PDF in CMYK with fonts embedded or outlined. Choose the material on the product page: white plastic (our standard, water- and tear-resistant, indoor and outdoor), clear plastic, white PVC (recommended with clear plastic for outdoors), gloss paper, writable matt paper, recycled gloss paper or brown kraft paper (all four indoor only). The template is the same for every material.

Is this the same size as a business card?
Yes, 85 x 55mm is the UK business card size, so the sticker covers the same area as a card. That makes it easy to reuse parts of your card design, although a label usually needs larger type, because it is often read from further away on a shelf or box.
Can I use it as a product label?
Yes. Choose white plastic, which is water- and tear-resistant, for products that may get damp, or one of the papers (gloss, matt, recycled gloss or kraft) for products kept dry and indoors; matt paper can be written on, for dates or batch numbers. If your label must carry legal information, such as ingredients or allergens, check the rules for your product first.
Portrait or landscape?
Either. Our template is portrait at 65 x 95mm with bleed; turn it to 95 x 65mm for a landscape label. Keep the same 3mm safe area on every side, and check the on-screen proof, which shows how your sticker will look before you pay.
What is the minimum order?
100 stickers per design, with lower prices per sticker at 250, 500 and 1,000. Each different label, for example one per product or flavour, is a separate design with its own minimum. Prices on this page include VAT at 20%, and delivery is free to UK mainland addresses.
