You save £3 inc VAT: £3 off the items because they are ordered together as one pack. The pack saving is applied in your basket while the items stay together. The saving comes off each item before VAT, so the VAT on your invoice is worked out on what you actually pay for each one.

Who the Estate Agent Pack is for

How agents use each item
Flyers go in the window, at viewings and through the doors of the streets around the property. Cards go with every valuation, viewing and phone call follow-up. An A1 correx board is about 0.4996 square metres, just inside the 0.5 square metre limit for a single residential for sale or to let board under Class 3A in England; check the advertisement rules for where the property is, and for Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, with the local planning authority.

Every item is printed after you approve its artwork and dispatched within 6 working days.
Delivery is free to the UK mainland on everything in the pack. We quote Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands separately, so get in touch before you order. Each item may arrive in its own parcel.

250 A4 property flyers, 250 business cards and 2 A1 correx boards for £101, with free delivery to the UK mainland. Prices include VAT where it applies, and the flyers are zero-rated. Bought one at a time the same items cost £104.
How is the pack saving worked out?
Delivery is already free to the UK mainland, so the saving is a small amount off the print of each item, up to 5%, and only where our margin allows it. It is the real difference from our own single-item prices, and it comes off each item before VAT is added.
Can I add a roller banner?
Yes. Tick the roller banner on the pack page and the price and saving update. It is an 850 x 2000mm banner on a standard stand with a carry bag. You can also change its size.
What size can a for sale board be?
In England, a board for the sale or letting of residential property can be up to 0.5 square metres under Class 3A of the 2007 advertisement regulations, and our A1 correx board at about 0.4996 square metres fits that for a single board. Rules differ in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, so check with the local planning authority there.
Is VAT included in the pack price?
Yes. The pack page shows prices including VAT, and you can switch it to ex VAT. Flyers and leaflets are zero-rated where they qualify, so they carry no VAT, and cards, boards and banners carry 20%. The page shows the total ex VAT, the VAT and the total inc VAT.
Can each board have its own design?
Each item goes into your basket as its own line with its own artwork upload and proof. For boards with different addresses, order the boards for each property separately from the correx boards page.
