Business Cards for Estate Agents and Property
An estate agent business card is the standard UK size, 85 x 55mm, and agents hand them out at valuations, at viewings and whenever a buyer registers. Our standard card is 400gsm silk, single or double-sided, with no finish, matt laminate on both sides or soft-touch (velvet) laminate on both sides, from 100 cards. You can also choose other sizes and weights, speciality cards, foil and raised spot UV.
One design per person. Each name is a separate design, because prices and minimum quantities are per design. Keep one master layout with the agency's logo, colours and branch details, and change only the name, job title, mobile number and email for each negotiator, valuer or lettings manager. Every card then matches the agency's boards and leaflets.
What to put on it. Front: the agency logo and the person's name and job title. Back: direct mobile number, email, branch phone number and address, and the web address. A QR code linking to the branch page or a valuation booking form is useful on the back. Leave out anything that changes often, such as current offers.
Which finish. Plain 400gsm silk is the standard choice. Matt laminate gives a smooth, protected surface. Soft-touch laminate has a velvety feel. All three finishes use the same 400gsm silk card. For a card that stands out at a valuation, add foil or raised spot UV to the logo.
Setting up the file. The card is 85 x 55mm, and the artwork with 3mm bleed on every edge is 91 x 61mm. Keep text 5mm inside the trim. Our business card template has front and back pages, and the business card size guide explains the measurements.
Ordering and reorders. Every upload gets a free automatic check, and you approve the on-screen proof before you pay. Check each phone number and email yourself, because the check doesn't read your words. The dispatch time is shown on the business cards page. Prices include VAT at 20%, and delivery is free to UK mainland addresses.
How Estate Agents and Property uses Business Cards
Valuations
A card left with every valuation, often inside a valuation pack, with the valuer's direct number and email.
Viewings and open days
Cards handed to buyers at viewings, with the negotiator's mobile number and a QR code to register for similar homes.
New starters
A card for each new negotiator on their first day, using the agency's master layout with only the personal details changed.
Worked example: cards for a branch team
A branch has six staff. It orders six designs of 250 cards each on 400gsm silk with matt laminate, all from one master layout, and approves all six proofs in one session, checking each mobile number.
Design tips
- Agency logo and the person's name on the front, contact details on the back.
- Direct mobile number first, then email and the branch number.
- Keep text at least 5mm from the edge, as the template shows.
- Use the same fonts and colours as your boards and leaflets.
- Test any QR code from the proof on screen before you approve it.
- Order the same finish for everyone, so the whole team's cards match.

Business Cards for Estate Agents and Property: FAQs
What size is a UK business card?
A UK business card is 85 x 55mm. Set up your artwork at 91 x 61mm, which includes 3mm bleed on every edge, and keep text and logos 5mm inside the trim. Our business card template has front and back pages already set to this size.
Do we need to order 100 cards for every negotiator?
Yes. Business cards start at 100 per design, and each name counts as a separate design. You can choose a different quantity for each person, for example 500 for a busy valuer and 100 for a new starter. The live price for each quantity is shown as you choose.
Which finish suits estate agent business cards?
Plain 400gsm silk is the standard choice. Matt laminate on both sides gives a smooth, protected surface with no shine. Soft-touch laminate on both sides has a velvety feel. Whichever you choose, use the same finish for the whole team, so every card in the branch matches when a buyer collects several.
How do we reorder cards for one person?
Upload the same print-ready PDF again as a new order, or change only the details that have changed. Keep each person's file named clearly, such as with their name and the date. The price is the live price at the time you reorder, shown before you pay.
