What changes the price of a roller banner
Two choices change the price: the width of the banner and how many you order.
- Width. Both sizes are 2000mm tall. 850mm suits most receptions, counters and smaller exhibition spaces. 1000mm gives about 18% more width for a bigger logo or a wider backdrop for photos. One 850 x 2000mm banner costs £44 and one 1000 x 2000mm banner costs £69.
- Quantity. Ordering more than one banner of the same design can bring the price per banner down: 5 banners at 850 x 2000mm cost £43.60 each. A different design is a separate banner, priced on its own.
Every banner is printed on one side, on the same 300gsm polymer material, and comes with the same standard stand and carry bag, so there are no other options to add.
VAT on roller banners
Roller banners are display material rather than printed matter for reading, so we charge VAT at 20%, and our prices include it. The table also shows each total before VAT. Our VAT on printing page explains how VAT applies to each product.

What is included
The price covers the printed banner, the standard roller stand it is fitted to, and the carry bag. Every order includes a free automatic check of your file and an on-screen proof before you pay. Roller banner artwork needs 5mm bleed on every edge, and the base can cover the bottom of the banner, so keep text, logos and faces at least 160mm from the bottom. Our free roller banner templates mark the bottom strip and the safe area.
