Leaflet prices by size and quantity
These are order totals for leaflets printed on both sides on 135gsm gloss paper, our everyday paper for door drops. The smaller figure under each price is the cost per leaflet.

What changes the price of leaflets
Four choices can change the price of a leaflet order: how many you print, the size, the paper and whether you print one side or both.
- Quantity. The set-up cost of a print run is shared across every sheet, so the price per leaflet falls as the quantity rises. 100 A5 leaflets cost £27 (27p each), while 5,000 cost £82 (1.6p each).
- Size. A6 and DL use less paper than A5, and A4 uses the most. DL (99 x 210mm) is a third of A4 and fits a DL envelope.
- Paper. 135gsm gloss is our everyday paper for large drops. 170gsm gloss and 170gsm silk are thicker and feel more substantial, for leaflets people keep, such as price lists and menus. The table below shows whether a thicker paper changes the price.
- Sides. Printing on one side or both can change the price, and the back gives you room for a map, an offer or opening hours.

Is there VAT on leaflets?
Usually not. Under HMRC VAT Notice 701/10 (paragraphs 3.3 and 3.4), a single sheet no larger than A4, on paper, meant to be read and ordered in a quantity of 50 or more normally qualifies for zero-rating. Our leaflet prices are shown on that basis, so the price in the table is the price you pay. A leaflet that is mostly a form to fill in and send back may be standard-rated. - Usually 1 to 2 working days to UK mainland addresses. This is an estimate: the courier sets the final delivery time.

Why are 5,000 leaflets not five times the price of 1,000? Much of the cost of a print run is setting it up, and that is shared across every sheet. That is why 5,000 A5 leaflets cost 1.6p each, against 4.5p each for 1,000.
